Die Forschung dar\u00fcber hilft uns zu verstehen, wie unterschiedlich Menschen denken und handeln. Andersherum hilft uns dieses Verst\u00e4ndnis \u00fcber die Diversit\u00e4t menschlicher Denk- und Verhaltensweisen auch dabei, effektiver zu kommunizieren.<\/p>\n<p>Wir nehmen die Welt \u00fcber unsere f\u00fcnf individuellen Sinne war. Dabei zeigen uns Untersuchungen, dass wir alle bestimmte Sinne bzw. Sinneswahrnehmungen bevorzugen und diese favorisierten Modalit\u00e4ten h\u00e4ufiger und mit gr\u00f6\u00dferem Erfolg verwenden. Diese Pr\u00e4ferenzen sind daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, wie wir Dinge verstehen, lernen und wie wir kommunizieren. Zum Beispiel: Entsprechend dem Kommunikationsmodell des NLP gibt es drei Kommunikationsstile oder Kommunikationstypen; Visuell, Auditiv, Kin\u00e4sthetisch oder nach Felder &amp; Soloman gibt es vier Stile; global, sequentiell, intuitiv, reflexiv.<\/p>\n<p>Als Sender in der Kommunikation: Wir m\u00f6chten unsere Gedanken m\u00f6glichst so ausdr\u00fccken, dass unser Gegen\u00fcber uns genau verstehen kann.\u00a0 Der Visuelle beispielsweise kann besser mit Bildern oder Text verstehen.\u00a0 Der Auditive hingegen versteht am besten, wenn er die Informationen bespricht.
