Sie ruft Emotionen in uns hervor. Wenn wir darauf achten, wie wir miteinander sprechen, und unsere Sprache weiterentwickeln, k\u00f6nnen wir unsere Kommunikation verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Betrachten wir nur einen einzelnen Begriff. Worte sind Symbole, die unsere Erfahrungen widerspiegeln. Wenn wir \u00fcber unsere verbale Kommunikation nachdenken, stellen wir fest, dass Worte alleine niemals ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Bild beschreiben k\u00f6nnen. Sie sind, wie die Spitze des Eisbergs, nur der offensichtliche Teil unserer Kommunikation.
